Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held every third Tuesday of every month at the Lexington Park Library at 6:00—7:30 PM.

*The meetings are open to the community, but not open forum. If you would like to address any issues, please contact the HOA in advance so time may be allotted during the meeting.

Annual Cedar Cove Community Yard Sale

You’ll be amazed at the treasures you’ll find at this HUGE multi-neighborhood yard sale! Every year Cedar Cove Community Association (CCCA) hosts the Cedar Cove Community Yard Sale. All 7 communities (Section 1, Landings, Swash Bay, Picket’s Harbor, The Moorings, Villa’s, Mariner’s Cove) in Cedar Cove participates in this giant yard sale! Don’t miss this amazing event!
